1. Confirm the extension no being dialed and compare with the records on the IP Telephony system in EAS Schedule.
2. If there is a mismatch of extension no, share the correct extension no with the customer and escalate to technical support team for permanent fix of aligning extension no with correct extension name.
3. If there is no mismatch between extension no and extension name, confirm if the phone you're trying to call is switched ON and plugged to a network data point.
4. Confirm if the phone you're trying to call is on 'ForwardAll'
5. If issue persists, escalate to technical support team.
