1. This may occur due to an update of the Netflix App on the App Store

  •  Confirm the internet connection speed through the OvrC and customer mobile device.

  •  Request that the Netflix App be uninstalled and reinstalled using the User Docs.

  • . If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team.

1. The Trinnov AV processor may be powered Off.

2. The Projector may be powered Off.

  •  Confirm that the Trinnov AV processor is powered ON. 

  • Confirm that the projector is powered ON. 

  •  Request that the customer pushes the left or right navigation button on the user interface. 

  • Confirm if other video/audio sources play fine the cinema room. 

  •  If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team
