Netflix not opening from TV

1. This may occur due to an update of the Netflix App on the App Store
Confirm the internet connection speed through the OvrC and customer mobile device.
Request that the Netflix App be uninstalled and reinstalled using the User Docs.
. If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team.
1. The Trinnov AV processor may be powered Off.
2. The Projector may be powered Off.
Confirm that the Trinnov AV processor is powered ON.
Confirm that the projector is powered ON.
Request that the customer pushes the left or right navigation button on the user interface.
Confirm if other video/audio sources play fine the cinema room.
If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team
