My Movies are not Playing from my Media Player

Whenever I play movies from my media player a blank screen appears and the movie does not play

1. Log into the IP of the QNAP web page and log in as an administrator

2. Navigate to the Control Panel then Network File Access

3. Click on Microsoft Networking and then the Advanced Options

4. Select the Lowest SMB version as Version 1 and then Apply.

5. Confirm the Movie is now playing from the Media Player
