Try any of the following steps in resolving this issue:
1. Confirm that the motion sensor is properly assigned to the load on the location.
2. Confirm that the Lutron repeaters are powered and communicating
3. Confirm that Lutron repeaters are connected on the assigned link on the processor
4. Confirm that the battery of the sensor is working fine
and then Add to Home Screen.
