This issue could be caused by:

1. Disconnected HDMI cable between Monitor and NVR.

2. Faulty HDMI Cable

To resolve this issue:

1. Confirm that the NVR is powered on. 

2. Confirm if the HDMI Cable behind the NVR and CCTV Monitor are connected.

3. If possible, request that another HDMI cable be tried between monitor and NVR.

4. Confirm if the network cable is connected.

5. If issue is not resolved, escalate to Technical Support team.
