Client made a complaint that the shade in the visitor's room is not working and would like us to resolve the issue.

Steps taken to resolve the non-responsiveness of the lutron shade control;
1. Lutron Homeworks software was used to test the close and open limit.
2. During troubleshooting, the shade could not close fully and the battery for the shade was removed.
3. The shade was manually drawn down.
4. Power on the lutron shade and reset the open and close limits on the lutron homeworks software.
5. Shade was successfully tested, opening and closing correctly.
