"1- Are the backlights/LED's on the keypad STEADY OR SCROLLING?

2- If STEADY, confirm if you can control other lights in the home.

  - If yes, raise to tech team.

  - If no, confirm there is power to the lighting panel (i.e. the lighting modules have their LED's on)

  - In the case of decentralized lighting, raise to technical team.

3- If SCROLLING, {direct client to processor in the panel}. Confirm there is power to the processor

4- If yes, raise to technical team

5- If no, help customer to find the breaker supplying to the processor and turn it on."
