1. Confirm what the speed test shows on the remote monitoring platform.

2. Confirm what area of the house is affected.

3. Request the customer goes closer to an area with an installed wireless access point and test the speed again. - Use project drawings to determine where the closest wireless access point is located.

4. Request that the router and wireless access points be rebooted.
