1. Can you control your lights from the keypad?

2. If yes, raise to tech team

    -If no, 

3. Are the backlights/LED's on the keypad STEADY OR SCROLLING?

4. If STEADY, confirm if you can control other lights in the home.

   - If yes, raise to tech team.

   - If no, confirm there is power to the lighting panel (i.e. the lighting modules have their LED's on)

  - In the case of decentralized lighting, raise to technical team.

5. If SCROLLING, {direct client to processor in the panel}. Confirm there is power to the processor

6. If yes, raise to technical team

7. If no, help customer to find the breaker supplying to the processor and turn it on.
