DSTV Channel not Changing/ Navigation not working

1. Confirm if other video sources can be controlled and navigated.

2. Confirm that the IR Bug is firmly attached to the IR LED of the DSTV (usually placed at the front of the video source).

3. If the IR Bug is still in place, confirm that a red light flashes while using the user interface to navigate or control the video source.

4.  If issue remains unresolved, escalate to technical support team
