Call to Prayer is not working

1. Confirm if the Call To Prayer experience button on the user interface has not been deactivated.
2. Confirm if other video and/or audio sources work fine, video and audio can be seen and heard clearly.
3. Confirm if the QNAP NAS is online through the Domotz remote monitoring platform.
4. If QNAP Nas is not online, request that the QNAP be power cycled on the AV Rack.
5. If QNAP is online and/or powered ON, escalate to the technical support team.
